  1. Due to an oversight by the US Postal Service, I did not receive the incubator kit I had ordered three weeks earlier. Ellen, of Arizona Sun, learned the mistake, reimbursed my account and immediately sent a replacement kit. I received the new kit within a couple of days. I was very impressed with her professional and considerate manner in handling this order. I am now the proud owner of a sprouting baby saguaro cactus!
