Each year Savannah College of Arts and Design, SCAD has its Sand Arts Festival on Tybee Island which is near Savannah Georgia. Southeast 411 would rate this as one of the most action packed, fun, and family friendly events that take place each year. Hey it’s the beach! Lots of very talented young men and women competing for thousands of dollars in prize money and having fun all day on the beach. What more could a college student want?
